Description

When trying to run a Managed InTouch Application in WindowViewer, on a Terminal Server through an RDP session, you receive the error "NAD unable to download new application". 

If you look at the SMC logs, you may find that it says

"NAD could not remove directory: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Archestra\ManagedApp" 

AND

"NAD could not remove file: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Archestra\ManagedApp\xtagnam.$$$"

Resolution

The resolution is to undeploy all running InTouch managed applications on the terminal server node and delete the xtagnam.$$$ file and redeploy.
