Sometimes when you're troubleshooting issues pertaining to your windows, as you dig through the problem you may come across window IDs. These IDs correspond to various files under the hood of Intouch. For example, .wvw files have ID numbers that pertain to windows within Intouch. The files dont tell you the names however. Here is how to cross reference a window name to an ID

  1. Navigate to the application folder and find the ww_wdws.nbk file.
  2. Open the file with notepad or another similar program and you'll see the following:
