To enable OPC UA in InTouch is done from the application manager as shown below:

Next we will need to configure the OPC UA Client.  For Wonderware products, this is done via the SMC:  Note that the first image I clicked the test button on purpose with configuration mis matches to show what happens when you are unable to connect:

after the configuration is saved, you should be able to access the DeviceGroup (below the OPCUA configuration) as shown and be able to add device items by browsing:
