Description

This tech note describes a approach for having Intouch retry to acquire a license in the event that it is unable to acquire upon loading.

Solution Steps:

Especially when set to launch at startup, Intouch may fail to acquire a license if the licensing services have not yet fully started. While this is resolved by waiting and then pressing Retry on the warning that appears, you can also set the program to retry automatically.

To do so, add the following setting in the [InTouch] section of the InTouch.ini file located in your application's directory.

[Intouch]
ViewLicenseRetryCount =20
