[ISS Support Case] Intouch Licensing Issue

Client called in due to not being able to open development software. He was receiving "Failed to acquire license" error message." Client was unable to open AEL possibly due to domain/account settings and was also receiving "Access Denied You are not authorized to access the this page" when attempting to open License Manager.
