[ISS Support Case] Intouch application screen turns black an then closes

Intouch application screen turns black an then closes InTouch access anywhere Signs you in then there's a blank screen and it kicks you out. nothing in the logger. If they log in as the person that installed the problem it works fine they can run it as a published application just fine, but not through the portal they have tried running change network account utility They would like this expedited (escalated to AVEVA soon if necessary)

5/1/2024: -Managed InTouch application. -Existing 2017 Update 3 Application. -Two Terminal Severs. -Alarm Client Controls -Alarm groups syncing just fine. -ITAA, alarm controls are working just fine but, the alarm groups are not. -Affecting Operators use of the application. -One of three nodes does not show tag's in the SMC under ITAA.
