[ISS Support Case] InTouch Access Anywhere Connection Failed

When accessing the InTouch Access Anywhere Server webpage, customer gets: "Connection failed: verify that the Access Server is running and reachable." Able to ping the IP without issue. Access Anywhere service is up and running. Sophos and SentinelOne antivirus programs are both installed and running on the ITAA node.

5/1/2024: -Managed InTouch application. -Existing 2017 Update 3 Application. -Two Terminal Severs. -Alarm Client Controls -Alarm groups syncing just fine. -ITAA, alarm controls are working just fine but, the alarm groups are not. -Affecting Operators use of the application. -One of three nodes does not show tag's in the SMC under ITAA.
