[ISS Support Case] Access Anywhere Server Installation Cannot Continue Message

I am setting up a brand new Access Anywhere server. I downloaded the ITAA_2020R2SP1b install from Avev'a website and followed the installation guide. I set up a new Server 2019 and added the RDS role on it. Thereafter, I ran the Access Anywhere installation and get the attached error message. I am trying to integrate this with my System Platform 2020 R2 SP1 OMI application so I am not sure what InTouch components I need to install and where I can find this install. Installation cannot continue: Please manually install the product(s) below before proceeding. - Product installation requires 10.6 or greater and less than 21.0
