[ISS Support Case] Insight

Customer is running AVEVA Historian 2017 Update 3 Service Pack 1 on Windows Server 2016. They report that while they can successfully see data within Historian and Historian Client, no updated data is being reflected in AVEVA Insight. Discovery Session (initial call) Verified Historian is logging and trending data locally. Insight connection showed no new data replication. When reviewing licensing in the AVEVA SMC under Historian ? Status ? All Tasks ? View License Information, replication appeared as Not Allowed / unlicensed (screenshot attached). Attempted to apply a 30-day demo license to enable replication. Activation failed with error: Unable to activate License. Activation ID () is invalid or does not exist. Please verify or contact local Wonderware or AVEVA representative. Store-forward folders were checked under C:\Historian\StoreForward. Logs indicated a switch to store-forward mode, but no data was written to the folder. Logs showed replication errors: Main Replication failed to replicate source tag BackLVDTraw.PV to destination tag BackLVDTraw.PV (tag handle 10000208, client handle 3), error = 243 (Connection blocked) [DANWNDRSQL3; simplereplication.cpp; 107] BRF_Insight: Storage switched to StoreForward, event='MaxTimeInNoStorageReached'[clientacces, 1045], SF State ='SFTagSynchronized' [storagestate.cpp, 123]

new installation they were seeing data a few days ago they are getting data in edge they've tried using different browsers and on different computers "failed to retrieve content details"
