[ISS Support Case] unable to connect historian client to historian

Problem was Historian Configuration Service died and start service or reboot takes care of ole db provider for linked server see No 11143, 11214, 11416, 11517 in smc logs for 1/28 version client 20.1.001 Sat Morn clients kicked off Server Connection for Hist Client 1/22 2020 and 2019 Server OS, client nodes Windows 10 Sat 1/22 clients kicked off historian 6:30AM 1/28 client connect problems and flat line
