[ISS Support Case] Data Flat Lining Occasionally

Description

Almost, if not, daily, Historian is showing a flat line for data usually starting around midnight and ending somewhere around 7 AM. The next day, this same data that was flat lined will show correctly and the CURRENT day's data from midnight to about 7 or so will be flat lined.
