[ISS Support Case] Needs assistance with AVEVA Edge Alarms and Querying Historian Database

Client needs assistance running queries against the Edge Historian SQL database. Client also needs assistance with alarming in Edge. Currently, the alarm will trigger 10 seconds after a tag goes into Hi Hi or Lo Lo. Client would like to configure Alarm to trigger when the value has been in the Hi Hi or Lo Lo range for 10 seconds or more.
