[ISS Support Case] does not create csv file

2020.0.1.0 version and Windows 19042 987 build HST files are not always created and stored in local application and suggest store in specific directory with HST2TXT(Sel_date,Sel_Start_Time,Sel_Time,2,"C:/csv/data.csv",",",0,"MDY") I have 30 days in History life and 7 in compression.
