[ISS Support Case] AVEVA Enterprise License Agent Service Will Not Start

After upgrading to AVEVA Edge 2023R2, the AVEVA Enterprise License Agent Service will not start. Found SMS not being used - confirmed this is normal behavior. Found LM pending migration but unable to complete as it still showed an active redundancy. Reset trusted storage to remove the old redundancy, migration successful. Old redundant server also needed to remove redundancy, but was unable to do so as the primary no longer existed after the upgrade and thus licenses could not be deactivated. Reset all licenses on the backend, synced, was able to remove redundancy.
