[ISS Support Case] Updates to an application were made in a higher resolution

Description

Programmers made some upgrades on an intouch application (2017 U2). Created some new screens, developer exported the screens in a higher resolution 1920 x1080 and imported the new screens into the application which is 1024x768. Now opening the application and all screens are huge.
