86424 - System Monitor License Activation Issue

Problem

Client called in because when attempting to activate System Monitor 2020 license the process would proceed normally and then the license would not show as activated.

Solution

Client was activating expired license. After reviewing contract confirmed client had purchased renewal System monitor License and provided license to client.
