User looked in the logger today, after a machine failed and now sees the following error repeadedly in the SMC: "cannot open retentive memory file (C:\Program Files\Wonderware\InControl\NT\RTEngine.ret) saving memory failed" What causes this and how can it be fixed?

Customer rebooted server and has not had the issue reoccur.
