043507 - Incontol won't started after reboot

Problem

The software was working fine but after a reboot, the software stop running. Services show the software as started but in the actual software the status say �stop�. Also, don�t know if its related but the logger is not working. After selecting logger viewer, msg states �unable to connect to logger�. The client is using Win 2003 SP2 R2. I tried change the boot.ini to �alwaysoff�. Same results.

Solution

Once the license was reinstalled the problem was corrected.
