77496 - Alarm Database Configurations Not Updating


Client is experiencing issues updating server name in alarm controls. Updates would not save. Has tried several times.

Service Pack: Update 3 SP1

OS: Windows 10

Resolved on WebEx Alarm DBLogger Manager was hung and crashing, Settings were grayed out. Attempts to stop did not work. Force quit the app, ran CNA. After a reboot ran through configurations no issue, logger started and stopped (buttons were no longer grayed out). In Window Maker Alarm Object settings would update as anticipated.
