How to open a managed View application automatically on system start?

Solution

The preference was to not start View as a service. Attempts to start View were failing with a message that there was no application to view. The application did, however, show up in the list of available applications in the InTouch Application Manager. The application was opened in the IDE and a single window modified slightly so that a save was required. The View application was then deployed after which it was possible to successfully start the View application. We were then able to point to View from the startup folder. A restart f the system resulted in a successful start of the application.
