When opening the SMC it can take up to 60 seconds to open

Open Internet Explorer. Go to Internet Properties.  Click the Advanced tab.

Scroll to the bottom. Under Security uncheck:

“Check for publisher’s certification revocation”

“Check for server certification revocation”

Click apply then ok.

If you have the SMC open close it.

Now when open you SMC again it should be instant.
