TN WW111 Reset Windows 7 Rearm Counter for Evaluation License
Description
Have Windows 7 installed on an evaluation system, with an unactivated license. Microsoft allows you to rearm the license four times, but you need additional time.

Details
- Create a batch file with the following lines:
- reg load HKLM\MY_SYSTEM "%~dp0Windows\System32\Config\System"
- reg delete HKLM\MY_SYSTEM\WPA /f
- reg unload HKLM\MY_SYSTEM
- Reboot the computer and enter Windows Recovery (F8 menu> Repair your computer)
- Run the batch file that was created in step 1.
- Reboot the computer.
- Open Command Prompt
- Type in "slmgr.vbs -dlv" to check your license status.
- IF your license says it does not have a product key:
- Type in "slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXX-XXXX..."
- Replace the Xs with the appropriate product key:

- Replace the Xs with the appropriate product key:
- Type in "slmgr.vbs -ipk XXXX-XXXX..."
- Reboot.
