Details

When looking in the error log, one may come across this error when doing things in inside of the System Platform IDE.  This could be caused when one checks out an Instance or Template in the Galaxy that the object fails to open in its editor.

This can be due to lacking specific permission in the Administrators group.  Make sure that the Administrators group has the following NT Service roles. 

NT Service\aaPim
NT Service\adpHostSrv
NT Service\InTouchDataService
NT Service\InTouchWeb
NT Service\psmsConsoleSrv
NT Service\simHostSrv
