TN WIN700 Establishing a Connection to an InTouch Application in Win-911

Goal

After completing this how-to guide, you will know how to establish a connection in Win-911 Workspace to an InTouch application.

Steps

  1. Launch Win-911 Workspace.
  2. Go to Alarming -> InTouch Settings.
  3. Select Configure InTouch Applications.
  4. Configure the fields below:
  5. Verify that a Subscription Route has been created. If not, create a new one and accept the default settings.
  6. If a new Subscription Route was created, save it.
  7. Go to the Subscriptions tab and verify that the All Alarms subscription exists.
  8. Start WIN-911 InTouch on the Win-911 server.
  9. Verify that WIN-911 InTouch has been started.

    NOTE: This tutorial shows you how to log all InTouch alarms in an application. If you want to filter the alarm results, further customization will need to be done.
