  • Applies to: InTouch Access Anywhere (2012 R2 and above)

Details

When using InTouch Access Anywhere Secure Gateway, the list of Applications is not exposed to user. To define your default application, you must locate the path of the InTouch application on the InTouch Access Anywhere server (RDS). To supply this information, you will need to select the Advanced tab below.

Then, under the Program path and file name, you will supply <view.exe "Application path name">.

The reason to do this is in the event that you the Remote Desktop User has never logged into their session to choose their default InTouch aplication in the InTouch Application Manager.
