TN BPM103 Update form XML variables in Workflow

Description

Update added form control variables in workflow to reference newly added form values.

Details

While in design mode of desired Workflow, select the “Start” activity.

• Right-Click Click on the “Start” activity and select “Activity Properties”.

• Click the button to the right of the “XML Variables…” and the "XML Variables" form will display.

• Select your XML variables option at the top of the form and click the icon for form search.

• Select desired Form and Version number.
• Click “Get Schema” button.
• Click “Save Variable”
• Click “Close”
