Navigate to the Aveva Product hub, and ensure you have the latest patch downloaded. 

Download the desired patch.

Make sure to unblock the file before extracting, and run it as an administrator.

1. Right click the executable, and run it as an admin.
   
2. Click Update to start the install process.
   
3. When finished, Launch the Citect Configurator.
   
4. Configure the software.
   
5. Ensure you connect to the System Management Server.
