Details

The IntelaTrac Mobile App for Windows is installed by default from the Microsoft Store. Some domain policies prohibit the installation of apps through the internet. An alternative is to use the Side Load installer provided with the installation media.

Start by installing.NET Framework 3.5 pre-requisite. This is enabled from Control Panel | Programs | Programs and Features | Turn Windows features on or off.

Next copy the Mobile IntelaTrac Serice folder located in the following folder to the tablet.

\IntelaTrac 5.0 SP4\Install\Products\Mobile IntelaTrac App - Windows\Mobile IntelaTrac Service

Launch the MobileIntelaTracService.exe installer as a local administrator from the copied folder.

Enter the Client Code and Installation Key when prompted for the licensing. Click the next button.

Select the default "Full" Install option and click Next

Provide your user name and company name as requested. Click the next button.

Note: The App will be available only to the Windows user account performing the installation, even if the All users option is selected in this
screen.

Enter the IntelaTrac Sync Server name and click Next.

Do not click on the button to install Mobile IntelaTrac from the Microsoft Store. Click the next button to skip this option.

Select finish when the installation of the IntelaTrac Procedure Controller service completes.

Open the locally copied Side Load folder next.

Right-click on the Add-AppDevPackage file, and select Run with Powershell.

Type "Y" for confirmation from Powershell and hit Enter.
 
Agree to the Microsoft Developer License Agreement when prompted.

Provide valid Microsoft account credentials when prompted.

Ensure the confirmation for the developer license is shown.

When prompted for confirmation to install digital certificate, type "Y" and press enter.

Installation is complete.
