With Wonderware 2017 comes a new licensing procedure which involves using a .xml file instead of the .lic file normally used to license the product. See link for a video on how this new licensing process works. 

Take note that the .xml file does not license OI and DA servers.

There is a ArchestrA.lic file that has feature lines for OI and DA Servers.

Install this license using the ArchestrA License Manager as done in previous versions to enable full functionality of OI and DA servers.
