Details

This article assumes that the Alarm DB Purge utility has already been setup and the Test Connection is working.

1. First step is to launch Task Manager and find wwalmpurgeservice.exe. If it is running click END TASK. 
   
2. Open the Alarm DB Purge application and on the Purge/Archive tab choose Service under the Run As option.
3. At the bottom click Apply and then close. 
   
   Now when you restart the computer the Alarm DB Purge utility will start up in the background automatically and it will be set to Active.
