- Applies to: AVEVA InTouch
Details
- Close InTouch Application Manager
- Navigate to C:\ProgramData\Wonderware\InTouch (if you're installation is not on the C drive, replace C with that drive)
- Back up and delete APPLIST.INI
- Launch InTouch Application Manager again
- If this doesn't resolve the issue, or it reoccurs, you likely have an intouch.ini file with multiple ScaleForResolution entries.
- For standalone InTouch,
- Close InTouch Application Manager
- Navigate to your project folder
- Open the intouch.ini file and remove any duplicate ScaleForResolution entries
- Launch Application Manager
- For a managed InTouch Application using a galaxy
- Close InTouch Application Manager
- Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\ArchestrA\Framework\FileRepository\<galaxy name>\ObjectFileStorage\<object name>
- Inside this folder there are three folders (CheckedIn, CheckedOut, DeployedXXXXX) to check the intouch.ini file
- Open each intouch.ini file and remove any duplicate ScaleForResolution entries
- Disconnect from the InTouch node
- Undeploy/redeploy the view app
- Launch Application Manager
