[ISS Support Case] Wonderware Intouch Crash

had three HP machines where intouch crashed and left the customer in their windows desktop. According to reports from the customer the machines were all rebooted and intouch restarted. Have been running fine since then. This is not the first instance of this happening. We have records of this happening in Jan., March, August and the most recent event in October. I have requested the SMC log file and an export of windows event logger as well. I would like to open a case for this and get the information to you so we can determine a coarse of action to resolve this issue.
