Description

Windowviwer crashes freezes and closes down The customer reports that WindowViewer intermittently crashes, freezes, and closes unexpectedly when running their application in AVEVA InTouch 2023 R2 Patch 1. Initial Assessment: Previously identified a known issue in AVEVA System Platform 2023 where InTouch would crash at launch, addressed by hotfix 2173252, which is included in Patch 1. Since the customer is already on Patch 1, this specific issue should not be the root cause.
