[ISS Support Case] WindowViewer Throwing Exception Error When Trying to Open

Customer has a standalone application running on a Remote Desktop Server. The application is open on two sessions and works fine there. A third session is trying to launch but will fail each time. Exception caught in View Initialize. Checked Windows Event Viewer and found an error saying the faulting module was CBTreeNT.dll. This is related to InTouch Historical Logging.
