[ISS Support Case] WindowViewer Asking to Start All OI Servers on Startup

Description

When WindowViewer is launched, popups appear asking to start up each OI Server being used here. All the OI Servers are running correctly and when these errors are bypassed, communication is working. When we try to click "Yes" to start any particular OI Server from the error, another error appears saying it failed to start.
