[ISS Support Case] Windowmaker randomly closing

Description

Windowmaker crashing after ~10s. Happens on all applications and published/standalone. Windowviewer is unaffected. Started after subcontractor was trying to export an application, unknown fully what they did. Resolved by deleting docksettings.xml. Found hotfix IMS2173252, but it is for 2023, not 2023P01 so inquiring with AVEVA.
