[ISS Support Case] Windowmaker crashes when launched from IDE after upgrade to 2023 R2 SP1

Client upgraded from System Platform 2020 to 2023 R2 SP1. When opening windowmaker from the IDE and selecting 'no' to change screen resolution, it load and freezes with 'not responding', and then abruptly crashes. There is no error or message displayed on screen. Client is able to launch WindowViewer without issue.
