[ISS Support Case] ViewApp Stuck in File Transfer In Progress On Deploy

Starting today, customer attempted to deploy a copy of a ViewApp to the local GR node. It completes the deploy process, but gets stuck in the "File transfer in progress" state. The application does not appear in the Application Manager and the Windows Explorer File path doesn't exist either.
