[ISS Support Case] view freezes

2017 Update 3 SP1 further troubleshooting needed with ts tool txt (already sent) and debugdiag dump but reality check: WWTechSP.dll being present in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Wonderware\InTouch directory. This is a legacy "as is" custom dll which is not part of the base installation. Resolution: - Test by moving the WWTechSP.dll out of the InTouch directory. could be a conflict between this legacy custom library and the Operating System or the current version of Intouch and WWTechSP.dll can no longer be used.
