[ISS Support Case] Validating License Usage Details & Setting A Device Reservation

My Wonderware Deployment periodically goes blank screen in the field, only showing the windows task bar. Could this possibly be a problem with the runtime license? It had once told me that it could not find the license and asked me if I wanted to run n 120 min demo mode. I declined and told it to relook for the license. It never complained again, but the customer is logging complaints about the periodic blank screen.
