[ISS Support Case] Unexpected Failure (8000ffff)

I am not able to import an InTouch application using InTouch Application Manager. I have imported this application several times on Win7 machines, however my Win10 machine will not import it and gives the error messages shown in the attached picture. Both the Win7 and Win10 machines are using InTouch 2014 R2 SP1.
