[ISS Support Case] Unable to lunch Intouch With a Particular Account

Testing different deployments. Originally deployed in a client session (application was unstable) Now trying on a terminal server. Some event occurred that removed a user account from the administrators group while doing a print screen (Rebooted) Now launching InTouch user gets: POP UP: Failed to open intouch application see logger for details. Nothin in SMC. From a different account (account application works) Domain Environment
