[ISS Support Case] Unable to Convert Application
Last updated: October 17th, 2025Description
We recently purchased an upgrade license for a Wonderware InTouch v9.5 application so we could upgrade the computer to Windows 10. I have installed the Runtime Role of the System Platform installation disk (version 2020) on the new computer, but either the software wont run my old runtime file or Ive done something incorrectly. Should I be able to open my version 9.5 runtime application in version 2020 or will I need to convert it? If I need to convert it, I do have access to a version 2014 development versionwill that work?
