[ISS Support Case] Unable to access License Manager from a non-admin account

Working on an application that requires we have an standard login to a PC. The install was performed under an administrator account, and license server seems to work fine. When trying to access the license server under the standard user account we get this screen grab shown below and the license is not recognized can you advise a course of action?
