[ISS Support Case] Trend lines disappear

about 20 seconds after starting the trend client inside an industrial object, the trend lines disappear no known changes have been made recently, this has been in production for a while standalone application 2020R2 SP1 P01 They are going to try exporting the project to 2023 and another 2020R2 installation to see if the behavior persists. try to change the retrieval method from best fit activefactory cyclic
