The issue only occurs on a reboot, if Viewer is launched manually everything is fine. Gets several pop ups: The program cant start because 'X.dll" is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix the problem. INSPT.dll SELBOX2.dll is missing PTACC.dll WWHOOK.dll Windows Professional LTSC build : 1607 - Installer unblocked? : (confirmed) installed from disc - offline system updates disabled
