[ISS Support Case] Suitelink Network Latency. Slow performance and lots of Suitelink Suspend / Resume messages in SMC

We have archestra Intouch we are seeing some suitelink suspends in the logs. Previously worked on the issue getting pop up at times that locks up the system for few moments. Applied registry settings from SR 63511163 and 103175302. Anything else we can do? Plans to upgrade to 2017 or 2020
