[ISS Support Case] Starting InTouch Gets Cannot access topic "" For AccessName""

Have my omfonfin DA server set up but when I run the Intouch application I get a pop up Initializing I/O - Cannot access topic "TopicName" for Access Name "AccessName". Start application " Old Alarm Viewer Windows 2000 Missing In New Application (sounds like old ActiveX ctrl) How to Use another CFG set? 2014 R2 SP1 windows 10 compatibility.
