[ISS Support Case] Some strings not being read in runtime intermittently

We have certain strings that worked in 2020R2 consistently, but in 2023 P02 they read maybe half the time. if you re load a screen, it'll work. It seems to be the same particular objects, but some things using the same graphics and derived from the same templates do work consistently. -it doesn't matter if we undeploy/redeployy them -the strings in objectviewer are always there -if you do something like have a popup with that object open it always loads on screens -I know all this sounds crazy but I swear it's happening
