[ISS Support Case] SelectRecipe & RecipeLoad Script Functionality Issue

Description

Client reached out as he upgraded from InTouch 2011 to InTouch 2020 R2 Sp1 and previously when executing the aforementioned scripts it would initialize a view which showed the recipe select menu allowing the user to initiate different recipes. After migrating to 2020 R2 SP1 when using the script the cells are truncated and the user can only view the first three characters.

[ISS Support Case] Complex Graphic Upgrade Results In SUSPEND Suitelink Updates

I have a complex InTouch graphic that I have been using for many years on version 2012R2 without a problem.. I have been recently upgrading my graphics to version 2020, but this one particular graphic is causing SuiteLink to suspend updates for several seconds (minutes), then resuming for a few seconds, and going back to Suspend. I tried changing the update rate on these many points to 30000ms, but it still gave me the same problem.
